When your contract is over, you can choose to renew it by continuing month-to-month at the same price or return the instrument. In case the prices have increased by the time you ask for renewing your contract, you’ll stay eligible for the highest discount.

We tune and maintain all piano to their best condition before you hire them. However, if your rented piano arrives with any issue, we’ll address it. All types of maintenance like squeaks, sticky keys, repairs, etc. are included in the contract.

Of course! You can own your rented piano anytime you like. However, depending upon the rental duration – 6-12 months- fee may apply toward the purchase of your piano. We credit <%> of your monthly payments for the entire year or <number of months>.

Depending on the wall insulation, a piano placed against an outside wall tend to go out of tune more quickly. More importantly, don’t put your piano next to cooling or heating registers because the fast changes in heating and cooling mechanism with the dry air can affect your piano even more. Contact us anytime to talk about your piano’s placement.

In case the piano you rented gets damaged, please inform us immediately in writing. Based on the damage, our estimator will quote you an amount to be paid.
